PROGRESUL DENDROLOGIC
Tree and Plant Conservation
Protecting mature trees, plant diversity and the green spaces we share.

Responsible tree care
A mature tree takes decades to grow and minutes to lose. Responsible care means correct pruning at the right time, protecting the root zone, watering young trees during dry periods and choosing species suited to the place.
Plant diversity
Varied plantings are more resilient to pests, disease and drought. We encourage appreciation of native species and of the diversity that makes green spaces healthier and more interesting.
Principles of sustainable green spaces
- Keep and protect healthy mature trees wherever possible
- Plant the right species in the right place
- Use mulch and careful watering instead of bare, compacted soil
- Protect wetlands, pond edges and natural habitats
- Keep green areas free of litter and sort waste properly
- Plan for long-term care, not only for planting
