Governance framework
The organization operates according to its statute and the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on nonprofit organizations. Decisions are taken by the competent bodies set out in the statute, recorded in writing and kept on file.
Decision-making principles
- Decisions are made by the bodies and within the limits defined in the statute
- Meetings are minuted and decisions are documented
- Conflicts of interest are declared and those concerned do not vote
- Major decisions are explained to members and, where appropriate, to the public
President / Chairperson
Represents the organization, leads its strategic direction and ensures that decisions follow the statute and applicable law.

Manages day-to-day activity, coordinates programmes and reports to the governing body.

Keeps minutes, maintains official records and ensures that decisions and correspondence are properly documented.
